If I keep looking into the darkness, after a few seconds another after image will appear, though this one has the colors inverted (only light/dark at this point) . Test both variations frequently. I have no other problems suffered no trauma it is just who i am and I am one of those who will never be able to visualise. Maybe its because I am trying to capture more of the now staying more aware of whats happening around me this moment. So, because I didnt want to accept my fate, I did a lot of research on Google. I plan on starting the exercises today and staying consistent for at least 30 days. Practically, before you practice visualizing, say, a glass, carefully observe all its aspects. To me, this experience was entirely profound. When I was younger I was always able to see mental images when I closed my eyes, after a while I couldnt sleep anymore because I would just see skeletons etc when trying to sleep (this was scary as an 8 year old). You also cant do any pushups if you havent used your arms for 10 years. I would love to hear from you and your progress. Since then, I have stumbled on a single YouTube video that recommends a technique similar to your Copy a Candle exercise. I would love to connect with you and share my results. But I stupidly took too much and had a bit trip, so Id say I saw this for <30 minutes before things became too muchI didn't see much colour, only geometrical figures but I could definitely see something when I closed my eyes. If I keep looking into the darkness, after a few seconds another after image will appear, though this one has the colors inverted (only light/dark at this point) . Test both variations frequently. I have no other problems suffered no trauma it is just who i am and I am one of those who will never be able to visualise.
